ku222 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

ku222 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the ku222 platform.

ku222 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest Terms will always be published on this page.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to open an account and play on the ku222 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ku222 may request identity documents or other verification at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and deposited funds forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ku222 Support immediately. ku222 is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the ku222 platform:

• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)

Transactions through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to verification processes or technical reasons.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be fully completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals of bonus funds require the wagering conditions described in the Bonus section below to be met.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• ku222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once placed, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. ku222 reserves the right to correct any bets that were settled incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, robots, or automated methods to place bets.
• Using another player's account or colluding with them.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or systems.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Money laundering or fraudulent activities.

5.3 Game Results

All game results displayed on ku222 are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. In the event of any dispute over a game result, ku222's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

6. VIP Program

The ku222 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers based on activity and regular participation. ku222 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by ku222

ku222 may immediately close or suspend any account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or improper conduct.
• If it is proven that a minor is using the account.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned; however, if a violation of the Terms is proven, all funds may be forfeited.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact ku222 Support. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before submitting an account closure request.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, used, and stored is described in detail in the ku222 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also consent to that policy. Your information is not sold to third parties. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Accepting an exception to any term on one occasion does not create an obligation to waive that term in the future.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and ku222. No oral or unwritten promises outside of these Terms are acceptable.
